Please ensure you read and fully understand these booking terms and conditions. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions.

A contract between us will come into existence when payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed booking date.

Payments
  • A 50% deposit of the total cost is payable at the time of booking.
  • Bookings made less than 30 days before the travel date must be paid in full.
  • The balance payment must be paid no later than 30 days before the travel date. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your booking will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations
  • All cancellations must be notified in writing.
  • If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure, your deposit will be refunded
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure, your monies are non-refundable.
  • Your booking will not be cancelled by us, except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. If we do have to cancel your travel date,  we will offer you an alternative date. 
Other

  • No booking is confirmed until we receive the deposit payment and transport form.
  • Transport forms must be completed in full and returned with copies of the passport pages requested and a photo of the animal.
  • Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.

Laws & Jurisdiction
  • By booking with Paw2Door you agree to these terms and conditions
  • This contract is a legal document under exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
  • Our maximum liability in any claim will be limited to the cost of your payments made
