- All animals must be a minimum of 15 weeks old before they are allowed to be transported. Rabies must not to be given until at least 12 Wochen alt. No animal can travel until at least 21 days after the first rabies vaccination..
- Owner page must be completed in full and the present owner’s signature added.
- Description of animal page to be completed in full.
- Chip number must be recorded in the passport together with date and location of chip. The chip must be dated the same day or before the first rabies vaccination.
- Issuing of the passport page to be completed by the vet, dated, stamped & signed at the bottom
- Rabies vaccination must be recorded in the passport with date of vaccination, date of fit to travel and valid until date, stamped and signed by the vet. Subsequent rabies must run concurrent or the 21 day waiting period will be required again
- ) the tapeworm tablet must be given and be valid for 1 – 5 days before we reach the border. This must be dated, timed, signed and stamped by the vet in the passport.
We usually request that the health check & wormer is completed the day before transport if your pet is going by pet travel scheme
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE IS INCORRECT, YOUR DOG OR CAT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRAVEL, MAY BE REFUSED
ENTRY AT PET CONTROL OR HELD IN KENNELS/QUARRANTINED AT THE BORDER AT YOUR EXPENSE.
