Really cannot fault these guys! I used them in February to get my dog to Gibraltar & I’m using them again in November to take him back. Really is the best service. Regular updates, tracking their journey, videos of Juke on a walk during a pit stop. Great communication throughout and help and support during the process of obtaining the correct paperwork throughout. Really great service! Always recommend them to people asking about pet travel. Airplanes can be extremely stressful for animals to travel in Juke was very happy throughout the full journey and when he arrived! Thanks guys!

Paul was absolutely excellent. Everything explained clearly about what was needed. There was an issue that we hadn’t identified as a problem and Paul went over and above to sort this out for us! We had regular videos of Dandy and could track exactly where he was at any time.. He was clearly very well looked after and even arrived a little earlier than originally predicted. Can’t recommend Paul and his company highly enough! Thanks to all!

Paul &Co enough ???????? Our Nooshie was looked after from first pick up Spain, then regular updates along the way. We had updates of stops and starts, videos etc. The company’s app allowed us to track her and be assured all was well.
She was happy on arrival in Uk we highly recommend Paw2door’s service, very professional, helpful and reassuring making sure we understood everything from paperwork to pickup and drop off.

We were relieved to see how happy our Labrador, Bamboo, was in his walks during his trip with Paw2Door. Bamboo was initially scared to go in the van but Paul and his team made sure he felt comfortable in the walks and we could hear Paul’s voice with excitement to make Bamboo feel more at ease and engaged. We received updates via WhatsApp, got videos and kept constant view to the GPS tracker. Super happy to know the trip took less than 24h! I have just been reunited with my lovely dog Woody ; Myself and all of the family followed him , probably every 20 minutes from the UK to southern Spain on the live tracker , which is a god send when you are away from your dog for more than 24 hours. I loved the videos of his walks received throughout the journey and it is evident that he has been well looked after and cared for. Also , when I was being a bit panicky with the paperwork prior to his journey , Paul was happy to guide me through and send relevant links quickly and efficiently .

Paul walked me through the whole process of obtaining the travel documents and what was required, which was a great help. I was so anxious about how Coco would manage the trip to and from Spain but she was so well looked after that she adjusted immediately to being in her Spanish home and again back in her UK home. Just moved to Spain (Torrevieja) from London and was having an absolute nightmare trying to get my dog, ‘Nugget’, over to join us.
I came across Paw2Door and based on the great reviews I decided to intrust them with bringing her to her new home and I’m honestly so glad I did.
Every 5-6 hours or so I was getting an update video of her on a walk. Happy, tail wagging, alert and that was so so appreciated and helpful to put me at ease.

Thank you for the great service you provided for the transportation of bosco from granada andalusia over to the uk on the 4th of February.
He was well looked after through out his journey being quite a nervous dog it was a big ordeal for him, but he is settling in very well in his new home.
