Amazing service! I was very anxious about my dog traveling at the beginning, I think any first timers would be the same….but Paul and his team was super friendly, felt extremely comfortable as soon as they collected Coco, genuine animal lovers, consistant contact, videos, and tracker of the hole journey! I was extremely reassured 🙂 and Coco arrived with his tail wagging and very healthy and happy! Thankyou so much ????

I never leave reviews but can’t say enough about this service. From start to finish, the communication and service has been first class. The video updates and location tracker during the trip were a fantastic thoughtful and reassuring addition. Wow what fantastic service – Paul and his team have transported our furry friends a few times and experience has been stress free for us and our pets. Paperwork is checked before travel and we could upload everything needed before the travel date. Our pets were collected from the UK and arrived shortly after us a few days later in southern Spain. The pets were taken care of thought the journey and we received regular photos of their adventure. The tracker is an excellent feature allowing us follow the journey in real time. Both pets arrived safely without any issues. Not the first time we have used this service and it won’t be the last.

Paw2Door are without the best pet transport company in Europe. They are DEFRA registered, Paul who is the owner, transported our pets was amazing. he che ked all our documents , making sure they were all correct. We were moving 13 cats and 2 dogs from Spain to the UK. Every few hours we had video chats while we watched the dogs being walked. It was such a relief to see them happy on arrival. Paul has an amazing ability to communicate with animals, all our pets arrived safe and sound, on time. I would recommend Paw2Door to anyone, they are 1st class pet transport company. they gave us a great deal on the price because of the amount if pets we were moving. be carefull, there are many fools out there pretending to do pets who don’t have a clue. Paul from Paw2Door has decades of experienced and has all the right documents, don’t risk your loved pets with an idiot.

Amazing service. Experienced team. Our nervous nelly old dog of 13 years leaped from his kennel on arrival at our home in Spain. A quick journey from Scotland, even with many comfort breaks. Bertie never cried or whimpered. A comfortable journey with no trauma. So happy we chose Paw2Door and thoroughly recommend your pet travel with them. Plenty of contact during travel.
