5 Day Rule
When arranging pet transport between the UK and Spain, border regulations require us to demonstrate that pets and their owners cross the border within a five-day window of each other. Should the gap between your travel date and your pet’s journey exceed this timeframe, the transport will be classified as a commercial shipment, which falls outside our service parameters.
To avoid any scheduling complications, we strongly advise clients to finalize their pet’s transport date before making personal flight reservations.
Our available transport dates are listed below. Please note that for Spain to UK services, your pet will arrive in the UK two days following the listed departure date. For UK to Spain routes, the departure date shown indicates when we leave the UK, with collection scheduled either on that same day or the preceding day, depending on your location.
